Singapore’s Chellsea Offshore has added to its small fleetwith the purchase of a platform supply vessel (PSV) from Vroon Offshore,Upstream understands.
The shipowning minnow has taken the 2010-built VOS Preludefrom its Dutch counterpart, broking sources said.
Chellsea’s fleet list on its website has suddenly displayeda UT775-LN unit called ‘Ma Devi’ built in India.
No such vessel exists on shipping databases. However,informed sources have said the ship is Vroon’s Cochin-built VOS Prelude, one ofthe Dutch owner’s vessels which closely aligns with Chellsea’s information onits new arrival.
