Chevron's Gorgon upstream manager,David Equid, told delegates at the Australian Oil & Gasconference in Perth that the Allseas-owned Solitaire pipelay vesselwould wrap up its operations on the project this week.
“As I speak Solitaire is doing thelast line and come Sunday morning it's finished and all our pipelayoperations are over,” he explained.
Equid added that his team's upstreamwork on the project would likely be finished “probably aroundthe end of this year”.
