Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore (DSIC Offshore) and CIMC Ra es are now in the final stage of negotiations with Etesco for the BT-4000 design unit.
Sources claim DSIC Offshore has the upper hand over CIMC Ra es because of its track record in delivering units of a similar design.
