The already commissioned vessel, assembled at at Jurong Shipyard, arrived on 29 December 2012, about three months after it caught fire during sea trials off Singapore in September. Petrobras had hoped to begin production from Bauna and Piracaba in October, but first oil was delayed until the ship could be repaired.
Petrobras said it now expects to start producing this month.
