Dozens turned out on Thursday to a Houston roadshow event by the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), which was in Calgary last week and will head next to London, Jakarta and Beijing.
Bids will be opened on 23 July for the 97 blocks covering 18 million hectares, of which 10 are in the Caribbean offshore, three in the Pacific offshore, and 19 prospective for shale potential.
