Its spending plan directs 15% to exploration, 35% to "major projects", 10% to maintenance and 40% on exploiting existing assets.
In the Gulf of Mexico, the company will participate in non-operated prospects including Shenandoah and Tiber and plans "to build further on its attractive position in several material deepwater basins."
Drilling is expected in 2014 on Angola prospects following analysis of data, the company said, adding it will continue appraisal on its Poseidon discovery in Australia’s Browse Basin and the Limbayong Field, offshore Malaysia.
