The shale-focused player posted a net income of $167.5 million for the three months ended 30 September, compared to $44.1 million for the same period last year.
Revenue rose 70% from $483.7 million to $823.8 million, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation were $798 million - up 62% from the 2012 third quarter.
The company also achieved record net production of 141,873 barrels of oil equivalent per day, a 38% increase from last year’s rate of 102,964 boepd.
Production
