The Nkr6 billion ($982.6 million) Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM) was developed by Aker Solutions as part of a project to build a full-scale carbon capture facility linked to a gas-fired power plant at Mongstad that was finally scrapped last year due to high costs and technological challenges.
