Crew added about 48,100 largely contiguous acres to its Montney holdings after paying an unidentified seller about C$105 million. Some of the acreage increases Crew's interest in existing joint venture properties.
The assets include current production of about 1400 barrels of oil equivalent per day, though it is almost entirely gas. Crew considers its Montney acreage to be in the liquids-rich window.
