Canadian minnow Crown Point Energy, which holds a 25.78% stake in three area concessions, said a rig from San Antonio International was hired on a yearlong contract in February and arrived in the area in April.
The upcoming work in the Austral basin's Las Violetas concession includes eight development wells as well as two exploration prospects, Puesto Quince as well as another near the southern San Luis natural gas pool.
