The company reported a net profit of 102 million dirhams ($27.77 million) for the three months ended 30 September, compared to 104 million dirhams for the same period last year.
Meanwhile, gross revenue rose 21% to 623 million dirhams, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation and exploration were 7% higher at 340 million dirhams.
Production volumes were also higher, at 66,850 barrels of oil equivalent per day compared to 57,000 boepd in the 2012 third quarter.
