The Department of Energy and Climate Change said that if Scotland votes to form an independent country on 18 September, the £20 billion ($33.5 billion) decommissioning relief committed to by the government in London would cost Scots some £3800 per person.
The report is one of a series of studies from different departments on the impact of Scottish independence in various policy areas.
