The companywill gain additional leasehold interests including the Wolfcamp,Spraberry, Cline and Clearfork structures covering a total of 6450 acres inMartin County with net proven reserves of nearly 4.2 million barrels of oilequivalent.
The 43.8%interest in the leases being acquired from an unnamed third party, representinga net acreage position of 2825 acres, will give Diamondback net production of1600 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
