The KurdistanRegional Government (KRG) decided to stop exports of around 50,000 barrels perday, after earlier cutting them from around 70,000 bpd, in protest at non-paymentfor crude supplies by the Iraqi administration.

The move isset to hit output from the DNO-operated Tawke oilfield, which exported 49,735 bpdof its gross production of 53,035 bpd via the Iraq-Turkey pipeline in the thirdquarter last year, with only 2300 bpd supplied to the local market.
