Dockwise has now secured effective ownership control of Fairstar after lifting its stake in the Oslo-listed company by more than 10% to 93.6% with further share transactions over the past day, including a sale by Norway’s Odin group.
The Dutch contractor has paid prices in the range of Nkr9.70 to Nkr10, according to Oslo stock exchange data, that are higher than its original price of Nkr9.30
