Drillsearch announced on Friday that it had completed the compulsory acquisition of all the outstanding shares in Acer it did not already own, effectively making Acer a wholly-owned subsidiary of Drillsearch.
Drillsearch claims it now holds the largest discovered, uncommitted conventional gas resource in the Cooper basin, outside of the Cooper basin joint venture partners, with a combined gross acreage position of about 28,500 square kilometres.
