Together with compatriot Maritime World, Drydocks signed the memorandum of understanding with Mars Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety (Mars Closed-end Investment Fund), a Polish entity that manages clients in the shipping and energy spheres.
Under the deal, the various partners will identify “projects suitable for common execution or close partnership as contractors or subcontractors”.
The projects may involve the repair, conversion, refurbishment or building of rigs, semi-submersible platforms and offshore process modules.
