The Russian state giant said that its shareholders would vote on the pair at its annual general meeting in St Petersburg on 20 June.
Dudley’s nomination was agreed as part of Rosneft’s mammoth takeover of TNK-BP last October which resulted in the British supermajor gaining a 19.75% stake in Rosneft.
Humphreys retired from ExxonMobil last month after 36 years with the US supermajor, which recently widened its partnership pact with Rosneft to include seven new Arctic licence areas.
