William Duma has reportedly been removed as Papua New Guinea's Minister for Petroleum and Energy in a cabinet reshuffle by the country's prime minister.
Duma has been in the position for more than seven years - a period that has seen enormous growth in the upstream oil and gas industry, but during that time Duma's department has been the subject of heavy criticism by the industry.
