The company revealed it had been offered a strategic processing facility licence APPFL 3 and strategic pipeline licence APL 9 which would give it the right to construct and operate a strategic gas condensate processing facility close to several discoveries.
These include the Ubuntu discovery in PRL 28 and the Elevala, Tingu and Ketu discoveries in PRL 21.
The licences will also grant Eaglewood the right to build a strategic pipeline to deliver the condensate from the fields to a location on the Fly River from where it will be shipped to market.
