The state-led Colombian oil company said the Pastinaca-1 well produced an average of 202 barrels of 11.7-degree API crude after tests using an electro-submersible artificial lift.
The well has produced 1,448 barrels of oil so far, the company said.
Ecopetrol owns 100% of the well.
