Dallas-based ETP is looking for customers for the pipeline and will launch a binding "open season" on 12 March to gauge interest among oil shippers.
Details about the pipeline, including its capacity and origination point, were not available. ETP said the line would transport oil "from multiple points of receipt". It named Sunoco Logistics Partners’s crude oil terminal in Nederland, Texas, as one destination.
