The KFELS Super A rig, now under construction in Singapore, is due for delivery in the last quarter of 2013, the drilling contractor said in its latest fleet update.
The unit is slated to go to work for the German player from the first quarter 2014 to the first quarter of 2016 at a day rate of $230,000.
The contract also includes a one-year option and an $8 million mobilisation fee.
