ICBC will buy the vessel for$200 million and lease it back to the Singaporean company for a 10-year term.
EOC also has an option to buythe vessel back from ICBC after a five-year period in an “as is where is” condition.
The Lewek Champion is a DP2pipelay construction accommodation and work barge built in 2007 and iscurrently on a long-term bareboat charter to the subsea services arm of EzraHoldings, Emas AMC.
