The phase one programme has been extended by one year until 30 June 2015, allowing the company to drill the Kiln Lane-1 prospect in the second half of the year.
Kiln Lane-1 is a conventional oil and gas prospect in the area near Europa’s producing Crosby Warren oilfield.
It is estimated to hold gross mean unrisked resources of 2.9 million barrels of oil with a one-in-three chance of success.
