“We are getting ready to make the filing,” said Mike Trammel, Excelerate’s senior director for Government & Environmental Affairs on the sidelines of LNG 17 in Houston.
The new Aguirre GasPort will be sited about four miles offshore near the towns of Salinas and Guayama. It will use one of Excelerate Energy’s 150,900-cubic-metre floating storage and regasification vessels in the project.
