Speaking at the Global Energy Outlook – Shaping the Future panel at the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Pemex exploration and production director Carlos Morales Gil said the industry needs to incorporate fresh talent to its ranks to be more competitive and efficient.
“We are only getting older and we need new people, young people, to keep us going. Our industry has a lot of experienced people, but we have to realise that new ideas usually come from younger minds,” said Morales Gil.
