Ezion announced on Monday its proposal to acquire 45.15% of the total enlarged share capital of Ocean Sky International.
Under a deal worth about S$47.52 million (US$37.85 million), Ezion will subscribe for 440 million new Ocean Sky shares at an issue price of $0.108 each, to be satisfied by the issue of 20.21 million Ezion shares to Ocean Sky. Ezion is also proposing to acquire 165 million share options.
