Resources were calculated using existing 3D and 2D seismic and existing well data to calculate estimates of the WA-457-P and WA-458-P permits in the Dampier basin.
The permits are situated on an active petroleum system on the North West shelf, where players like Woodside and Apache have been operating for years.
Far plans to carry out a 3D seismic survey covering both permits by the middle of the year using recently developed modern acquisition and processing techniques.
