Oosterveer, who participated in a breakfast panel discussion of the Middle East business prospects at IHS CeraWeek in Houston on Wednesday, said the Arabian Gulf region holds a “vibrant, healthy portfolio of investments, and probably more diversified than ever before”.
He said opportunities are multiplying in not only oil and gas but in the power generation, health care, manufacturing and mining sectors.
