Mark Midgleylaunched legal action againstDaya last month, claiming the Malaysian company had allegedly breached ashareholder agreement dated 30 April last year in relation to DOC.
Midgley claims that, as part of accepting to takeon the chief executive role at DOC, he was offered a 20% shareholding in thecompany.
However he says that, to date, Daya hasfailed to transfer the 1 million shares he claims he is owed, resulting in Dayabeing the sole shareholder in DOC.
