Freeport was easily in front with the highest value in total high bids, followed by Chevron with $103 million in just six high bids.
Freeport and Chevron were also number one and two in highest bid submitted.
Freeport offered $68.79 million to win Atwater Valley Block 198 and Chevron put up $62.3 million for Mississippi Canyon Block 475.
It was Cobalt and French operator Total who came in tied for first with 44 total high bids, many of which were uncontested.
