Fugro will carry out rig and subsea positioning services for the company offshore Malaysia.
Work includes the use of specialised subsea survey systems for metrology measurements, along with the provision of offshore surface and subsea positioning and navigation systems for Murphy’s drilling units and vessels.
This contract is a continuation of the working relationship between Fugro and Murphy Oil in Malaysia.
The three-year term has a one-year extension option, exercisable at the discretion of Murphy Oil.
Fugro has not disclosed the value of the contract.
