Gastar was producing from its assets in Marshall County, West Virginia, with no restrictions after pipeline operator Williams re-routed gas volumes through an operated midstream system.
Williams also returned to service a 4-inch-diameter pipeline that transports condensate from the field to processing facilities. That line had been shut as a precaution to allow for testing of the damaged 12-inch line.
Gastar is now producing from all 50 of its Marcellus wells and has seven additional wells temporarily shut-in "due to drilling and completion operations on the producing well pads".
