The Russian company signed the heads of agreement withLevant Marketing Corp following an earlier letter of intent last March.
The deal will see Gazprom take gas from the Tamar floatingLNG unit to be put into commission on the Tamar and Dalit fields in the easternMediterranean.
The consortium developing the fields is comprised of NobleEnergy, Delek Drilling, Anver Oil Exploration, Isramco and Dor Gas.
