Pemex chief executive Emilio Lozoya Austinand his counterpart at GDF Suez, Gerard Mestrallet, were joined by MexicanPresident Enrique Pena Nieto and French President Francois Hollande at thesigning ceremony in Mexico.
Although this is the first comprehensivememorandum between the pair, GDF Suez is already working with Pemex on Phase 2of the 740-kilometres Ramones pipeline project.
