The dust-up became public when Oklahoma City-based GMX filed suit against Oneok on 22 November in federal court claiming that the conversion to high-pressure pipelines would effectively shut in multiple North Dakota wells through 2015 and result in lost monthly revenue of $1.35 million to GMX.
