The company, which recently moved its headquarters to Houston but still has a fabrication yard in Houma, Louisiana, said on Friday the structures would be used for the US independent's Megalodon project at South Timbalier Block 311 in the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Island has already landed work from Walter for a jacket and topsides for its Coelacanth project in Ewing Bank Block 834.
