The facility would be built in three phases at the Ohio Commerce Centre (OCC) industrial rail park, a 480-acre mixed-use industrial site in Lordstown, Ohio, according to informational documents seen by Upstream. The first phase is expected to be completed "sometime in 2014", the documents said.
The project is still in its "infancy" and Halcon is in the early stages of permitting and engineering, said Dan Crouse of Routh-Hurlbert Real Estate, the leasing agent for the OCC.
