Junior partner Petroceltic International said the probe hadreached a depth of 1818 metres in the Jurassic while running around a monthbehind schedule on its way to a total depth of around 3000 metres, principallydue to weather delays.

“Based on current estimates of timing, we anticipatereaching total depth for the well in late February, at which point a testingprogramme will commence, including testing of the Jurassic formation,” theIrish explorer said.
