A 50:50 joint venture between Hibiscus and Rex International, called Hirex, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Australian junior Bass Strait Oil, which owns 100% of exploration permit Vic/P42 in the Gippsland.
Bass Strait said Hirex has access to Rex's proprietary evaluation technology - Rex Virtual Drilling - which will help determine whether the joint venture will participate in specific Bass exploration opportunities.
