The FEED contract is being carried out by Australian engineering giant WorleyParsons.
The joint venture has chosen to develop the oilfield by way of two production wells connected to a leased mobile offshore production unit, which will then be linked to a tanker serving as a floating storage and offloading (FSO) vessel via a 1.5-kilometre flowline. The FSO can then either load to another vessel in tandem mooring or shuttle the crude to a refinery.
The
