The decision was taken by the German field operator as a precautionary measure ahead of a prohibition notice issued by the UK Health & Safety Executive late last week against Teekay Petrojarl, operator of the field’s cylindrical floating production, storage and offloading vessel Voyageur Spirit.
The order related to the issues with the FPSO’s cargo tank venting system during low wind conditions and E.ON
