The Paris-based inter-governmental advisory group said itnow expected the oil market to expand by 1.3 million bpd this year.
The growth estimate is more bullish than that of OPEC, whichpredicted 1 million bpd growth this year in its own monthly report last week.
The IEA also lifted its estimate of global oil demand forthe last quarter of 2013 by 135,000 barrels per day due to “unexpectedly strongUS deliveries”, counter-weighed by curtailments in China and elsewhere.
