InterOil revealed that former Woodsidesenior vice president Jon Ozturgut will take on the role of chiefoperating officer, while former vice president of taxation andtreasury at Woodside Donald Spector has been appointed chieffinancial officer.
Ozgut replaces William J Jasper whoInterOil said was retiring after seven years as chief operatingofficer, adding Ozgut would also be responsible for mergers,acquisitions and new business development.
He has 27 years experience in the oiland gas industry and was responsible for Woodside's internationalcorporate strategy, growing the company's exploration portfolio,mergers and acquisitions and liquefied natural gas developments.
