Bids are due in by 28 July, the state company said.
Hengam is a field shared with Oman and is producing 23,000barrels per day of condensate from two wells. A third well is being drilled toraise output to 28,000 bpd, with a fourth planned for a total production of30,000 bpd.
Two platforms are in operationand a third jacket is being installed. Iran has been developing Hengam forseveral years under an informal arrangement with Oman.
