Officially christened Mick O’Brien in early July, Noble’s first F&G JU3000N jack-up is set to sail aboard Dockwise’s heavy transport vessel Trustee this week for a contract with Dubai Petroleum.
The one-well campaign projected to last for 150 days from around mid-October is pegged at an operating day rate of $235,000.
Mick O’Brien was originally the second of six F&G JU2000N jack-up rigs Jurong is contracted to build for Noble.
