As the second of the company’s large PSVs, Jaya Vigilant will be chartered for a minimum of two years in the Indian Ocean, off Mozambique.
Jaya said on Monday that the vessel was now being upgraded with additional equipment at the company’s Batam yard in Indonesia before it is delivered at the end of September.
Jaya Vigilant is similar to the company’s first large PSV, Jaya Valour, which is currently working in South East Asia.
