The Eastern Europe-focused player is holding the AGM to, in part, vote on the reelection of chief executive Paul Davies.
However, in recent weeks two shareholder groups, who jointly hold 39% of the explorer, have called for the axing of Davies and commercial director Peter Dixon, citing alleged poor operational performance, a slumping share price, funding issues and other reasons.
