Plano, Texas-based Aruba Petroleum was found liable for health problems experienced by Robert and Lisa Parr and their young daughter who live about two miles away from the company's unconventional drilling operations near Decatur, Texas, about 45 miles north-west of Fort Worth.

The Parrs claimed their ailments - which included chronic migraines and nosebleeds, rashes, dizziness and nausea - were a result of contaminated ground water, solid toxic waste and airborne chemicals generated by Aruba's hydraulic fracturing operations.
